How do credits work?
You get 5 free credits to try Jodi. Each photo generation uses 1 credit. Purchase more credits anytime - they never expire.
Why didn't my photo generate correctly?
For best results, use a clear photo of you and your partner with good lighting. Photos with multiple people or obscured faces may not work as well.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings in the app, tap "Get More Credits," then tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any App Store purchase.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at support@jodi-ai.com and we'll delete your account data within 30 days.
